I. Vision & Mission

• Vision: To make Cameroon the pioneer of Africa’s green revolution, transforming waste into wealth, dignity, and jobs.

• Mission: To build a circular economy hub powered by youth, recycling, and green innovation, starting in Douala and Yaoundé, scaling to Africa.

II. The Core Pillars

1. Paid Green Volunteering Program

• Youth recruited as Green Volunteers, paid via stipends + digital bonuses through the CleanCameroon™ Wallet.

• Training in sorting, recycling, and green micro-entrepreneurship.

• Direct social impact: cleaner cities, reduced unemployment, engaged youth.

2. Recycling & Circular Industry

• Plastics → Eco-blocks, urban furniture, roofing.

• Glass → Construction materials, art.

• Organics → Biogas, compost, fertilizers.

• Metals → Export + local smelting.
  👉 All waste collected becomes marketable products, closing the circular loop.

3. Financial Circular Model

• Initial funding: local municipalities + private sponsors (MTN, Guinness Cameroun, Brasseries, Dangote Cement).

• Revenue streams: recycled product sales, biofertilizers, green energy, construction partnerships.

• Reinvestment: A fixed % of profits funds the volunteer program → self-sustaining.

4. Identity & Globalization

• CleanCameroon™ → expands to CleanAfrica™.

• Global branding: “Young people turning trash into gold, dirt into dignity.”

• Pan-African green pride + ESG-ready model for international investors.

5. Digital Backbone

• CleanCameroon™ App: volunteer geolocation, waste mapping, impact dashboards.

• Blockchain integration: track every kilo of waste → verified transparency, carbon credits potential.

• TUA-D.P.S.™ payments: secure, sovereign, digital green economy.

• Year 1: 2026 - Launch in Douala & Yaoundé, 5,000 volunteers, 200 jobs, 10 recycling hubs.

• Year 2–3: 2027-2028 - Expansion to 5 more cities, +25,000 volunteers, $5M in recycled product sales.

• Year 4–5: 2029-2030- Export of eco-materials, CleanCameroon™ becomes CleanAfrica™, ecosystem valuation $50M+.
